Our City Improvement District (CID) is a non-profit organisation that was established in July 2019 and operates within the defined geographic area of Oakwood, Hughendon and Meadows area in Hout Bay, Cape Town.
Property owners agree to pay a monthly levy towards certain services to enhance the physical and social environment of the area.
The main priority of the OHMCID is to contribute to a community where people are safe and want to live, work and raise a family.
Any ideas to help us improve OHMCID? We would love to hear from you, however remember that when making constructive suggestions, they need to be within the framework of the policies and by-laws of the City of Cape Town - for more information on these click here to view
Suggestions and questions can be emailed to info@ohmcid.co.za
